I HAD A WINDSCREEN CHIP WHICH WAS BORDERLINE AS TO THE AREA AND SIZE OF THE CHIP DAMAGE. THE CALL CENTRE BOOKED ME IN FOR A HOME VISIT THE NEXT DAY (WEDNESDAY 15th FEB 2012) BETWEEN 11am AND 1pm. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED 20 MINUTES EARLY BUT DID PHONE ME FIRST TO CHECK WITH/FOREWARN ME.HE SAID IT WAS REPAIRABLE. HE WAS VERY POLITE AND COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. HE INFORMED ME OF ALL POSSIBLE OUTCOMES OF THE REPAIR ONCE HE STARTED THE PROCESS, INCLUDING THE POSSIBLE WORSENING OF THE DAMAGE AND THE RESULTING NEED FOR A NEW WINDSCREEN AND THE FACT THAT THE REPAIR WOULD NOT BE COMPLETELY INVISIBLE. HE THEN DID THE REPAIR WITH NO PROBLEM AND GOT ME TO SIGN HIS PAPERWORK. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL THROUGHOUT AND WAS GONE BY 1115am. I WAS VERY PLEASED WIYH HIS SERVICE.
THE ONLY DOWN SIDE WAS THE NUMBER OF CALL CENTRE QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED BEFORE MAKING THE APPOINTMENT.
