They were extremely quick to take two lots of excess of card, even though they had not been authorised to do the work by insurance company. Was informed they made a mistake and would credit immediately, that was 3 days ago, still waiting!
Allianz Cornhill sent National Windscreens to eventually do the job, again paying another excess!
Dont trust Auto Windscreens with payment over phone, I would recommend only paying when they actually turn up to do the work!
