After being given an appointment with Auto Windscreens from my insurance company I waited 2 weeks for the appointment. 2 hours before they were due they rang to say "due to a 'SYSTEM ERROR' my appointment was cancelled and I wouldn't be given an appointment for a further 12 days"!!! I couldn't drive my car as the crack was obstructing my view so deemed
un-roadworthy. So now would be without a car for a further 2 weeks almost. When you try to call the local call centre you are on hold for 30 mins ++ and the staff are unsympathetic and unhelpful. I was told its just 'one of those things'. Very sad and very disappointed.

totally agree they are as good as useless
