Been waiting three weeks for a cracked windscreen to be repaired, unfortunately I have no choice but to carry on waiting as my insurance uses this joke of a company. Made it quite clear when booking was going on holiday with the car in 3 weeks time, that was 3 weeks ago, still no new screen, despite 10 phone calls to the norwich number, all of which never got answered. When an engineer did come on Monday, there was light rain, so he left and said would come back later (understandable) . Surprise surprise he didn't, just had a phone call and told only slot was a week later.
Avoid at all costs.
