I was impressed with the speed of service and communication (when replacing a smashed rear windscreen on my car), however I did find quite a lot of tiny shards of glass on the back seat and the rear shelf. Unfortunately this brought my opinion down somewhat, as this could be quite dangerous. Otherwise I thought it was a good service, out of hours for my convenience, and very friendly staff.
