I was directed to them by my insurance company so they came out and replaced my windscreen as it had a crack in. A month later water was leaking in the centre top of the windscreen therefore I called them up, later that week they did come out to repair the windscreen... But still water leaked. When I looked in my car theres a crack in carpeted roofing where the windscreen person has just pulled it back instead of taking the windscreen out. So I called them up again explained it was still leaking and now my radio has broke on my mini as waters got in... They said they only cover the windscreens with an attitude of i dont care. So I got onto my insurance company (diamond) they were very helpful and came down to look at my car as now auto windscreens claim there was never a leak even to start with. The guy who came down found out the original windscreen was never fitted right therefore the leak.... Then for the repair hes words were "it's a bodg it and run job" claiming its the worst repair he's ever seen claiming they have to put my car right and pay for another windscreen company to do it and they simply are not capable. I don't even rate them a star the customer service is terrible and worst of all the technician quoted when he came down for the repair to my mum "your daughter is quiet nice she wasn't shouting like they normally do". I'm not one for moaning I'm only twenty and my dad has had to sort it all out as they didn't even listen to me and to be quiet honest I'm hurt that some company can come in damage your car and just strug it off there shoulders!
