My car had a minor mis-firing problem. Luckily I know a reasonable amount about cars and had a fairly good idea what the problem was. Took it into Arley Hill Garage - first time I had used it - as it is near where I work and explained the problem. They obviously assumed that because I was wearing a suit I was born yesterday and knew nothing about vehicle mechanics.
