Whatever you do, stay AWAY from this garage.
I take good care of my car, and in fact work in automotive. I have never had an issue with my car. However, I took my car down to ATS to have the front headlight changed. They did so, and casually asked if I had ever had issues with the battery. I replied I hadn't. They told me they had had to jump start the car, but all was fine now. I drove off and a little up the road my entire car broke down. Upon inspection, I discovered the battery wires had not been reconnected to the battery. I couldn't go to work and I lost £150. I called ATS who denied they had touched my car AT ALL. Then went on to say that because I was a women I didn't understand cars and could I send a man to discuss the issue with them. I contacted the area manager who did apologise however could only offer me an oil change. My car did not need one so I escalated it up to the head office. Though they did apologise for the sexist and disgusting comments the refused to reimburse me for the lost income and even denied it had anything to do with ATS. All I can say is that my car has never let me down or broken down, I took it to ATS and I am still have battery issues with it. How they treat their customers is disgusting. Then to continuously lie and flat out deny any involvement after admitting some is unprofessional and idiotic.

A friend of mine also had her car and belongings stolen from this garage. Again, they refused to admit fault.
