After reading the comments in these reviews and being an ex employee I struggle to understand how this business and its practices have been left to carry on for so long!
How can making money and hitting targets come before customer and peoples safety? The wheel coming almost coming off this could have been fatal and yet I have seen it before when the company try to save money on the repair to a vehicle which they themselves are at fault with.
Should you ring theses for a tyre price the company practice is to offer you a 'free' vehicle health check so to get you to come to the depot where then you can 'work the customer'!
It is hard to find a garage you can trust but highly reccomended is a local independent is probably a wise choice because they will care about the customer more than a national compny who only care about profit!
