Visited twice & still not had my brake pads replaced

Booked in for new brake pads after being told they were "Very low" whilst having a Tyre changed. So turned up having taken the morning off as was told job would take 2 hours. Left car came back 2 hours later to see car just going up on ramp, was then told they would not be able to do it as one of staff was leaving early. Re booked for following week again left and returned 2 hours later and car was out front....went to pay and was told again they had not done the job as one of the tools they need was broken. So basically despite having my phone number on both occasions I was made to wait two hours before returning to be told they had done naff all. They could have phoned earlier but clearly just hadn't even bothered bringing the car in despite it being a booked appointment. I had two mornings off work wasted and still no Brake pads done. Booked into another local garage now. I also understand now that they routinely phone clients once the wheels are off to tell them they also need new discs if there is even the slightest wear on them which is not necessary.
Useless!!!
