After a terrible experience at the Formula One garage in Chatham (they replaced a flat tyre and created a puncture in another wheel at the sametime, most likely caused by the terrible amounts of debris/nails around their service/work areas), I decided to try ATS in Aylesford after my best friend recommended them after years of quality service.

I rang the garage and booked the car in for a 1pm appointment during my lunch hour and stressed the urgency to get it down the hour. So when i arrived at 12.59 and the service manager came straight over to me, confirmed my details and got the car straight into the workarea.... I was VERY impressed!

I found all the staff friendly, professional and courteous. The guy inspecting my car wheels called me over to show the hash-up that Formula One had made tried when they incorrectly balanced my wheels only 2 days previous. ATS correctly re-balanced the wheels, repaired the puncture in the wheel (physically removing and showing me the huge nail in my tyre in front of me) and charged me less than £30 for the work which took just short of 1 hour!

After bad experience at both Kwik-Fitt and Formula One, it's a breath of fresh air to find a quality service.

Reading through some of the negative comments on this site, i can only assume that ATS is a different company elsewhere or that they'll false statements made by competitors?!?!
