Bad experience

This company is an absolute shambles. Don't be fooled by the relatively courteous call centre and customer services staff who appear to give false reassurances on promises that NEVER materialise.
My case: Simple flat tyre needed replacing using their "Mobile Tyre fitting service". At the time of making the appointment, payment was not requested so I assumed I could pay the engineer when he arrived. When the engineer arrived, he stated he could not replace the tyre as the payment had not been made, the systems were down and he could not take cash. No pragmatic solution was offered. I had to re-book another appointment and this time, I made sure I paid over the phone in advance. On the day of the appointment, they didn't show up. When I called they came up with embarassing excuses. Steer well clear of this excuse for a company. They are a bunch of buck-passing, bone idol and incompetent idiots.
