A1 recently serviced my M5 Touring - great job, they replaced the front discs and pads with genuine BMW replacements I supplied. About 2 weeks after this the discs warped and caused lots of steering judder. They took the car in and produced a report on the exact problem, then took the car to BMW and helped me through a warranty claim as BMW supplied duff parts. Because of their expertise the warranty claim went through perfectly and BMW did not stiff me for anything else ( as they often do on warranty issues). These guys know BMW's inside out back to front and provide such great service at sensible prices . I will always use them. When my wife's VW is out of its 3 year warranty she will use to them too - I have made so many recommendations to friends about A1BN . They are truly excellent.
