Absolutely apaulling excuse of a company, I would stay well and truly clear of them. Customer service minus 100 out of 100. Call centre staff are very unhelpful. Stupidily expensive for what you actually get, I felt I needed to be paid just to use them. First time I've ever called them out and I Broken down at side of the M1 at 19:10 called aa to be told that someone would be there for no later than 45 mins, over an hour later got a text message to say they would be at least another hour, 5 mins before that second hour I got a phone call to be told I'd be waiting another 1 hr 45 mins. Then when they did finally arrive I was only taken to a services still 40 mins from home to be told I'd be recovered at some point but it wasn't that night. I am absolutely horrifiied at how I've been treated.
