I was unwell beginning of the year and it affected my finances as l had to be off work for three months. I spoke to one of the managers and explained my situation, he was very helpful and agreed that l pay what l could towards my monthly instalment.
Over a period of time l had accumulated quite a bit of debt on my car, l was in arrears. I spoke to a very lovely gentleman in credit control where l usually make payments and he set up a payment plan for me to pay weekly till my arrears were cleared. I was then told my car was due for repossession which broke me to bits as l felt let down. The credit controller then spoke to me and negotiated with the repossessions team. Having looked at my payment history, l was paying and he put in a good word for me and showed them l was doing well with payments. They agreed and he rang and put my mind at ease as they would not be coming for my car. I sm happy everything I back on track...without dedicated staff like the credit control team, l would have lost my car. Thank you to the kind and hardworking gentleman who has helped me endlessly...people like you are rare to find. Your customer service is brilliant.
