I bought a car from this company on globe lane, The car broke down 3 days later and i was given a courtesy car , 2 days later i got my car back and the engine problem was still there , The fella from globe lane was calling me a liar and said the reason the car had not been looked at because they can find nothing wrong with the car so i drove it till the engine management came on that was 2 days later so i took it back to norton autos who manchester finance use they had the car and i never saw it again but while it was there these people at globe lane gave me a hard time as i asked for the car to be replaced eventually i phoned a different office and they help't me get the car changed then the the car that i chose started to have problems with in 4 weeks of having it but they did repair the problem but would not give me a courtesy car so i couldnt get to work, I got the car back and everything was going well but 6 weeks in to the warrenty the gear lever went stiff , I have has 2 heart attacks and this has left the left side of my body a little week and the car became un drivable for me i even asked my wife to drive it so that i could drive her car to work buy she also struggled to drive the car i phoned them up in newcastle as they help't me out before then got a phone call from mc finance who was not pleased from me going to a different branch for help he said to take it to nortons autos so i took the morning off to go there only to be told that he was told not to touch my car but did take it out for a spin and when he came back he said "yea these gearboxes are a little stiff but as i said the gear lever has just gone stiff in the last couple of weeks i thought the mechanic worked for mc finance the way he was going on he did not stay neutral only backing mc finance up then i contacted newcastle up and then the nexst day i got a phone call the fella was not happy i have recorded all the calls i get from and too them , the fella said bring it to globe lane for some one to give it a drive so i had another morning off , aaaaai got there and a young fella took it for a spin and said when he came back the gearbox isnt the best but said he will not have the gear box fixed ? i did not say anything about the gear box but now what do i do i carnt afford to fix it due to how much these people charge on the hp plus i can not use the car for work and the car is essential to me for work so do i just stop paying for a car that i can not use and get this the phone number that i had for newcastle has put a block on my number

I got a car from Newcastle car finance 2 month into owning the car mechanical problems started it took 3 months to get the car in the garage its been in 7 days and still not repaired. He is absolutely useless and avoids calls, the aftersales department for CLS finance hasn't got a clue so DO NOT get a car from these companies you will regret it
