This may not be a reflection on the company, my friend is a regular customer and has had nothing but a good experience. He contacted them for me today and explianed he wanted to recommend me for finance the phone was handed over and the gentleman I spoke to couldn't wait to get off the phone.. Very abrupt asked if I would like phoning back as he was quite busy. I said no he then quickly went through about 5 questions and said sorry you've been unsuccessful go and have a look at experian..
Unhappy with the lack of customer service which is what they apparently pride there self on their website
