Second time round with First Response and I thought they went out of their way just to get my business......seems they do it to keep you as well. No pressures, every question answered, fast and very very easy to deal with. Naturally their rates will be higher than a bank due to the nature of customers that frequent them, just like ourselves. We were though very happy when we received not only a discount of several hundred pounds, but also a much better rate than we received the first time. They DO look after their good customers. Hopefully at the end of this term we will be looked after just as well for at this point I would have absolutely no reservations about using them again.
