“Alright broker but...”

Couple of concerns here:
- their brokers are not forthcoming with updates, one has to chase vigourously to know what's happening. The first broker I spoke to was so unresponsive I asked for a new one
- after I received acceptance for credit I was told (in veiled words) that if I applied for finance at the dealer I might not be accepted by Creditplus again as this other search would have affected my credit report!! Talk about bullying tactics.
