I have received a first class service from Credit Plus, really efficient and kept me up to date at all stages.

I would like to mention Angus Hay and Becky Ellis particularly as they both looked after my application and both were extremely helpful and responded to any query I had efficiently. thank you to you both for your time, efforts and hard work, it is most appreciated.

Overall it took 5 working days to apply for finance, Angus to locate my specified vehicle, arrange a deal and paperwork with the car dealer, arrange for the finance to be accepted then Becky to ensure that the paperwork was all complete and arrange for funds to be paid from the finance company. I did not have to chase anyone at any stage throughout the process.

I cannot think of anything that anyone at Credit Plus could have done at any stage to improve. Working in financial services myself, I expect very high standards of service and this is what I received.
