Joke of a company all seamed to good to be true and it was. After traveling down to Essex from Lancashire we got truly ripped of the car was suppose to have done 60,000 miles but had done 87,000 they said the car was 5000 when we got Down there was 9000 which train ticket was 200 pound had no choice to take the car then after 6 days of having the car the egnition barrel broke whilst I was at work after 3 weeks they got back to me to tell me the waranty does not cover it so I said I don't want the car they said litrally well we can come pick the car up but because you signed the contract you will still be in debt with us 9000 which I got the financial ombudsman evolved and got my 400 deposit back got the car picked up and finance canceled PLEASE IF YOU HAVE BEEN TREATED BADLY BY THESE RING THE OMBUDSMAN AND TRADING STANDARDS THERE ON RECORD NOW AND ARE WILLING TO HELP ANY ONE BEING TAKEN IN BY THIS AWFUL COMPANY

Omg I have a car on finance and it's been 1 year paying them £360 a month. I tried to return the car as I can't afford it due to separation. I also emailed proof of income but the have not got back with me yet. I'm not sure what to do as the car is starting to mess up and I have spent a lot to get the car fixed. I recently got my clutch fixed costing me £320 and now the car sounds like a sports car but not sure what's wrong it. I also got into job. Is there anything else I can do please help

it will be the exhaust blowing causing it to sound like that mines the same and I and struggling to pay for my car due to split from partner every time I call to see if they can put my payments down no one ever answers !!
