“lovely staff and cars”

at first i had alot of messing round first i go the all go ahead the next was problem after problem ended up walking away with no car, but the staff memeber who dealt this my file was lovely freindly and got me a lovely car and reasonable price too.. in the end. not the car i wanted but something just as good and staff where very helpful and thoughtful for the jourbey of getting my new car sorted.
