Avoid at all costs

Applied over the phone, fantastic service extremely polite and promise you the world. All of course to get you in. Once in branch figures agreed over the phone started to fluctuate at an instance, promises made started to diminish including the £200 cash back. Although prices increased we agreed a deal and payed a deposit on Friday to collect yesterday (Monday). Phoned up before setting off, I was informed the car is ready to collect and everything regarding finance has gone through. As I was working my partner got a lift off her mother to collect the new car about 20miles away. As we was promised the car was ours to collect her mum dropped her at the car place and went on her way. My partner was then told the finance company has dropped out last minute and they have found a new one however this will cost between £50-£80 per month more. My partner asked why we had not been notified as she wouldn't of bothered coming. The now turned rude manager said they had left a voicemail but this is not the case. They had obviously agreed a lesser price so we would set our hearts on the car and buy it regardless. My partner was left 20miles away from home, no help from this company, and still awaiting my deposit back which I'm not sure I will receive. My advice is avoid these at all costs I would rather purchase a buss pass than a car from these jokers.
