Really good and friendly staff (Perry Wakefield) in particular. Until you get to the car and decide not to have it due to false advertisement and dealership lying. Now I have to prove he's lied and go through a long process of upto 8 weeks when I desperately need a car. I am also out of pocket due to this dealership. If the car was how it was advertised then I wouldn't have a problem, my main problem is how long I have to wait with no car as I sold mine the day before (too cheap) just to get the deposit money for this car. Now I'm left with no car for 8 weeks and need to get 3 kids to school. This process definitely needs improving.
