Did an online application came back saying all good

So called them up and sent over all proof that they asked for

Told them what I could pay a month £400 to £450 maximum a month so we found a car we liked gave them the reg and and dealership name then did a hard search on me everything came back good I could have the finance but I’d be looking £550 a month with an Apr of over 50% I e got a credit score of over 850, avoid.

My partner is currently having a terrible time with this company. He bought a Peugeot which turned out to be faulty and it was returned to the dealer the same day. Car finance 247 has been nothing but unhelpful in the situation of trying to put things right.

All he wants is a car so he can get to work without having to pay for cabs etc, he’s a disabled man with a blue badge and they still couldn’t care a less.

We’ve called repeatedly for the last week to be promised call backs that never happen, excuse after excuse and it’s not good enough. The unnecessary stress this is causing both of us not acceptable.

When you can rectify the issues your causing then maybe I’ll delete this review and put something a little more positive

A callback has been arranged for today but so far it’s not happened to Mr Knott

Communication was eventually made and from what the finance company (autolend) have said it seems car finance 247 have now sabotaged the finance application causing a decline. We are now back to square one of not having a car.

Do not trust this company, it’s poorly managed. They don’t care about their customers in the slightest and if you complain they sabotage your right to get finance

I am having an awful experience of customer support from Car Finance 247. Sales team were great when taking out finance with them but once I contacted them to say I wanted to return the car to the dealer due to numerous issues from day one of driving the car away there support was none existent. I have had to repeatedly call and email them. I returned the car to the dealer on 5th March. I received a phone call from Car Finance 247 3 days later to ask if I had returned the vehicle which I stated I had. I was told by the person who called me they would contact the dealer with regards to having the funds sent back to them to end the finance agreement. I have heard nothing more from them. I called Moneybarn today to ensure the finance agreement was closed to be told they have not received any funds from Car Finance 247. I called Car Finance 247 to be told the case handler has not invoiced the dealer and that someone will contact the dealer today. This should have been done weeks ago. I cancelled my Direct debit for Moneybarn expecting this to have been resolved by the time the first payment was due on 30th March. I am now concerned they will try and take a payment and this will affect my credit score. If you do decide to use this company hope and pray you have no problems with the vehicle and need to return it to the dealer as the aftercare from this company is awful.

What an experience never felt so relaxed dealing with my account manager. Very helpful and patient through out my phone call. When your not good with technology!

I recently purchased a car and spent more money than I have ever invested in a car. From start to finish Jamal my account manager was always very informative and reassuring. I don't usually write reviews but I really felt Jamal and his team really looked after me and the end result is I have a beautiful Audi A5. Good on you Jamal and team keep up the good work.

Used their recommended firm, Swale Car Shop, who has missold us a categoryS as full road worthy, a criminal offence, now left without a vehicle for weeks. Do not buy from here or via carfinance247 they will then completely ignore you or if they do talk to you mislead you and breach FCA rules.

Claim they do not sell finance and not open 247 so name is even complete lies AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

From beginning to end, this service was outstanding. The adviser was great. I'd chosen the car I wanted, and the financing and application procedure was a breeze. In barely over 24 hours, everything was fixed. He kept me up to date with calls and emails, and it was all really simple and delightful. It is something I would suggest!

They use reputable garages not back street garages and the dealership I had was through even when I texted them asking wheres the petrol/diesel button..

Only to get to Tescos and wonder where the handbrake is !

I git a beautiful 2013 Vauxhall Antara.

It was my very first time at car finance and my account manager was with me through it every step of the way which made me feel it was all being taken care of in a very competent, efficient, professional manner.

To be honest he went the extra mile just like the dealer cannot fault them and highly recommend them if your looking for an honest finance company whose not just about the sale , who goes out there way to find you the best purchase with you and works extremely hard with what you are looking to buy look no further .

Well and truly deserve any commission they make as they work so extremely hard continuously keeping you in the loop ..

Absolutely thrilled with my car and so pleased that I had a great account manager who help to get my wonderful high quality 4x4 station wagon which had been thoroughly serviced and this Finance company have a policy to make certain if MOT is under 5 months to do a new one.

It was done in a safe Covid manner .

Although the car was not nearby, miles away to collect video and delivery was arranged and I had the option to cancel this within 14 days of transaction but no way am I!!
