The gentleman that was dealing with my car loan application was very helpful, clear and concise, had a very good telephone manner and called within the times I asked as I work full time so sometimes that can be an issue. I work in customer services too and sometimes you find there are some really miserable operators on the end of the phone, so it was quite refreshing to talk to someone that seemed eager to help!
