Got email saying I have been approved, so rang up to see what the next step was but was informed that they would call back within 2 hours only to find I never got the call back promised.
Had to call them the next day again got told I would get a call back, same again nothing, another call to them then finally got told to go find a car and give details, after week of traveling around test driving cars I had found one to suit everything we needed, rang up straight away only to be told I will get a call back, again still waiting and nothing the next day I ring up and get told the same and always get the same result, I again finally managed to give them the details and to which I told them the car is still for sale until I put a deposit down but I need to know if everything is ok before I do....same thing we will call you back first thing in the morning before 12 definitely....came 3 o clock and still nothing so I rang them up to find out what is happening again promised a call back and still waiting!!!
The car will no doubt be gone by the time they actually sort everything out, I have been accepted by a loan company but I don't want to agree to it until I know what is happening

What is your reference number and I shall get our sales director to deal with yourself personally. This is not how we operate as a company and customer service is paramount. I managed to ring at 5pm today and spoke to a guy that told me to ring first thing on Monday morning as I know then know where I stand with regards of accepting the other offer, yes they are bigger monthly payments than I thought but easily affordable and its 100% guaranteed.

thanks for the reply Louis much appreciated, hopefully all the stress from phone calls, call backs and getting let down results in good news on Monday.... I never normally write bad reports and I was quite annoyed that I found myself doing one.
