I've had a recent history of bad credit, but now on the road to 'rehabilitation'. I was surprised when Josh Lyons called me to say that the application had been approved. Josh has called me and e-mailed me on so many occasions during the course of finalising my deal that I feel that he has taken every effort to make this happen.

I've been kept informed throughout, and when one car fell through, Josh went on the internet to find me another vehicle (which I have now bought). He is a credit to the business and an example of true customer service.

Review would have been a 5* if the vehicle criteria were not so inflexible regarding minimum price. Also APR is high (but then I've been a risk in the past)
