I had looked everywhere for car finance! and because of my poor credit history i was running out of options.
I was embarrassed about my bad credit, but from the 1st call, ACF Car Finance put me at ease and it was evident they were going to try their best to help me and for once I didn't feel like I was going to be taken advantage of because of my situation.
I was called by a lovely Lady in the ACF Call centre called Jane. I requested a call back and was pleasantly surprised that I not only got the call, but it was at the time I specified too!
Jane was brilliant! Very personable and patient. She was professional and friendly and very knowledgable.
The application process was quick and easy! but throughout, Jane continuously made me aware of the legal aspects of the application and did in a none patronising, jargon filled way so I understood exactly what i was agreeing to.
I did my application at around 7.30pm in the evening and had a decision back by 10.30am the next day! I was given my own sales contact in the Manchester Dealership, and her name was Michelle. She was lovely! she explained to me in detail about the type of finance that had been approved, and explained what documentation I would need to bring with me when I visited the dealership.
Michelle, made an appointment for me to go to the dealership within 2 days and even sent me a text a couple of days to remind me and to make sure it was still convenient.
I would highly recommend ACF Car Finance to anyone. At difficult times like these its a refreshing change to deal with such efficient and friendly staff like those at ACF Car Finance and dit's dealerships.
