“Did not honour deal”

Reneged on a widely advertised deal to lease car. Went through application process giving detailed financial and other information, all of which was accepted and emailed back as a "contract order form", only to be told next day that they had no intention of honouring conditions. Instead was offered same car on vastly worse terms - 20% higher monthly payments and double the lease term. Internet forum hotukdeals full of similar experiences from other customers.

Does not seem like a company that acts honourably.
