Tried to order a car through this company in May, car I ordered was showing as in stock, but when I phoned them a few days later turns out it's not in stock, they didn't bother contacting me to tell me. I phoned them numerous times and told the advisor would phone me back, she never did so I have gone elsewhere.

I tried to review this company through trust pilot which is the site they show on the nationwide site, but you can only review them if you have a registration number, as I went else where I don't have a nationwide reg number. There must be numerous customers in the same position so don't believe the rating on trust pilot

Like any business things can go wrong, but due to lack of information I cannot answer specifically on your experience with us.

Nationwide take great pride in offering a great service and for most the service we offer is excellent. The Trustpilot reviews are vitally important to our business because they are from actual customers. This is the reason why you couldn't post a review because a valid registration is required.

It's your choice whether you choose to believe the reviews or not but one thing I can tell you is that they are balanced reviews and not all of them are "5 stars".
