Found a great looking deal on a Mercedes on the website in late August 2011. Telephoned Nationwide and this price was confirmed by Gemma and followed up with an emailed quote.
Accepted the quote, followed up with phone calls and was told that they were just waiting for confirmation on colours.
Chased several times and eventually told by Chris that the cars all had actually had lots of extras and the price was a good 30-40% higher than quoted. Very misleading.

For your reference our Mercedes Benz deals are on a first come first served basis and it maybe that there was no stock left to supply at the time of your enquiry. I am dissapointed that in your opinion you thought our service misleading, we are a internet based business and we do take pride in offering correct prices and information regarding supply in order for you to make a judged decision. Tt appears that this may have not been communicated properly on this occasion.
