My daughter purchase a Parrot Mini kit Neo from Vehicle Accessories, as we have a car on disability and are unable to have anything additional fitted, and I need to be able to keep in contact with my wife, & carers if I am out alone in the car. The product just clips on to the sun visor and is small enough to fit in your pocket or glove box when you leave the car. The unit has a speaker built in and the sound quality is good considering the size of the unit. I have also set mine up to voice dial so it is easier for me to control whilst in the car. The product is great value for money and the battery lasts for a few days once it has been charged. I would recommend this product for anyone who can't have or doesn't want a hardwire kit in their vehicle. I am really pleased.

I have been pleasantly surprised by my experience with these guys, great comms from the office and in particular one person was a delight to deal with. I run a team of 35 engineers myself and I can say with no uncertainty, that the chap who did my install was 100%. Great customer service skills, a clean and accurate worker, with a very courteous attitude. The price was realistic and the product first class too!! Well done guys!!

I purchased a tracker direct from Vehicle Accessories website BIG MISTAKE SHOULD HAVE USED AMAZON! Goods arrived late and were faulty returned in original packaging and found damaged claim rejected by Royal Mail as goods were not were not packaged correctly that’s the goods packaged by Vehicle Accessories in the first instance!! Cost including insured postage to date £39 out of my pocket for faulty supplied goods poor service and uninterested supplier Vehicle Accessories. I intend to use small claims court to secure refund.

I couldn't have asked for a better service - a colleague came to my place of work to fit the equipment so that I didn't have to take any time off. They were punctual, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. The end result is far better than I had hoped for - real attention to detail with old-school craftsmanship. I have had 2 motorhomes and had a smart trak tracker device fitted to both. I used Mobile Carkit Solutions Bristol both times. I got a great price and great service. Fitting was done rapidly and on a day of my chosing. The engineer was very helpful in explaining demoing the product. I would recommend these guys anytime.

After a bad experience with another supplier, who failed to turn up on the day to fit a Parrot Hands Free kit which was subsequently cancelled,it was a pleasure to speak to Mobile Carkit Solutions. They did exactly what they said they would do & exactly on time, even changed the order without any bother at all. The Kit turned up exactly on time, as did the Fitter, he too was very helpful & did a great job. I cannot fault the service at all. In a word, Brilliant.

I've used these guys before and I will keep coming back to them. I run a next day delivery company and we've got half a dozen vans. Thanks to Mobile car kit solutions I know have a fully integrated handfree kit built in to my Mini. It can be controlled from the car's controls and the steering wheel and the audio comes out of the car's speakers. Even better than the car kit was the service they gave me. They came to my work and installed the kit and did it so neatly as well! No wires, no fuss! I'll have to tell my mates

While the prices are the same as the highstreet, the service I got from mobile car kits solutions made it worth more. More than just a bluetooth car kit, the kits that they sell can be incorporated in to the car and all the wires hidden. With so many kits, they helped me choose a kit best suited for my car and phone, and installed it at my house from their van. I was more than happy with the personal service and expertise I received.

They came to my office in my lunch break and installed the kit in my Vauxhall in no time. The wires are all hidden and it looks really good. In reference to the above comment regarding faulty goods .
the goods were sent out to the customer in new condition at no stage has the customer informed us that the item received was damaged!! Only that the item was not exactly what he wanted!. Therefore we offered a full refund on receipt of the goods being returned minus the postage and packaging.
Unfortunately the goods were damaged on return from customer and therefore the broken (parts only and postage and packaging were not credited)
Should the item have been received back in new UNDAMAGED condition as agreed then a FULL REFUND would have been issued.
Please see all the POSITIVE COMMENTS we have received and Disregard the above Comment.

The tracker did not work that’s why it was returned get your facts right or are you being misinformed? Check with your staff before making comments, The charger was broken in transit returning faulty goods! I was left with a bill for £39 for retuning faulty goods, master card has agreed with me and has refunded the payment of £202 I am still owed £8.25 out of pocket expenses for retuning faulty goods. I am a retired Company Director of over 40 years in business, should Mr Fletcher like to see all the communications by email I have them here which will prove my point and He will have a complete change of attitude I would be reluctant to pay if the goods were just returned because it was not what I wanted!!! .
