this is the worst online experience we have had in 15 years of online PURCHASING. money supermarket should be reviewing who they allow to advertise on their WEBSITE. we fell for the cancellation charge and were charged £145 to have 12 days INSURANCE. cancelled after receiving letter stating the would need another £300 to insure US. after we cancelled the standing order they still took money from our debit card without authorization as this is stated in their terms and CONDITIONS. Please do not go near this company even if you do everything they ask of you they will still find ways to charge you Money anyway they can on top of my insurance they put 300 pounds in charges with no proper explanation as to why I will not be using this so called company ever again (read more)

I am not one to moan or complain or write on such boards but my level of frustration has gone off the richter. After a succession of letters from IG04 Limited - I have been on the phone on hold to them for 35 mins, 25 mins and now 15 respectively. I did not get through to anybody the first two times - for which I left messages - nobody has come back to me... I was very disappointed to find out today after 7 days of having an insurance with iGo4 that there is £75 cancelation fee even though I was well into my 14 days peace of mind. And it is not only that - you have to pay this £75 at any one time you want to cancel the insurance. They also charge £15 for sending you your documents over the post( the ink must be gone really expensive) Please avoid this people if you want to avoid further headache with your motor insurance. “Beware - DD means you have to go through Finance company”

I have just got house insurance through IGO4, price was the best. Gave my details, pay by DD and then I get 3 emails from a Finance Company called Creation Finance asking me to log into their site and go through more admin steps. This was not made clear when I took the insurance out. I rang to pay the full amount and they are charging me £9 because the finance company has set up the DD already. Not impressed. (read more)

This is the worst insurers I have ever come across. Took out car insurance and they started to add on extra money for no reason, tried to ring offices spoke to [names removed], all promised to ring back but never did, tried to speak to the managers, put on hold for ages, no manager ever available. They would not even tell me the Contact centre managers name which says it all really, as they said they were not allowed to. I can only think he must be in hiding with all the complaints they... Beware of IGO4.com's car insurance everyone. They have a £75 cancelation fee even if your policy has not started. I used the online service for a quote it was very cheap until a couple day later the contact me saying that I hadn't put down 2 claim which I'm sure I had included (so take a copy of your online quote that was my mistake) So when asked to cancel the policy (even though it did not start for 3 weeks) I was hit for a £75!!! fee If you do use them make sure u get copy of the quote... I've been with a few insurance companies before but iGO4 is the worst one could ever imagine! I only picked it because it was the cheapest one in the search result. Then I've submitted required documents online, all seemed easy and quick. But then the nightmare had begun. The address on my driving licence didn't match my new address, because I only had moved. Sorry to hear that, my friend. I wish you had read my comment earlier. I've already reported those guys to the Trading standards agency. They said I should contact Financial Services Authority (FSA), which I'm definitely going to do.

Well, they cancelled my policy without informing me, I wss stopped by the police for not having insurance, now face 6 points on my licence, a huge fine.........and to top it all, I was expecting £338 in my account this morning, just looked at account, £40, igo4 has taken the rest for 'service charges and random things'. No insurance, unable to get to work, unable to get other insurance until i get paid next week.........PLEASE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY

The same with me they took 300 pounds of me in charges and will not give the money back and can not get in contact them only by e mail and they can't even tell me were my money has gone

“iGO4 Car insurance Policy”

I recently bought a car insurance policy from iGO4 as they were the cheapest on the aggregator. Wasn't sure about it as I hadnt heard of them before. I had to jump through a few hoops, i.e send my driving licence etc to them. I had to make a couple of changes on Monday as I am going on holiday tomorrow. Their staff was very helpful with all of the changes and I was able to get all my documents online. (read more)
