Avoid at all costs..
After having so many issues initiating the policy because they couldn't get my NCD despite it being sent several times and by tracked post which was signed for, I finally got it started.
However trying to change the policy to a new car was impossible. It was all meant to be handled by their online service but it didn't accept the changes to my policy. Trying to contact them by phone was impossible and they wouldn't answer any email. My only action was to threaten legal proceedings due to incompetance and mis communication. I cancelled policy at that time.
