They are fine. The only negative I would say is that it is really expensive to contact them via phone but I was never bothered about this because I just emailed them instead; always received a reply and had my query dealt with. I don't know why people are moaning about prices - if your quote was expensive go with someone else! Isn't that what the compare sites are for!!
I am happy with Ecar anyway.
