I had notification from you to advise you had not received my FSLA. For this I would be charged £20.00. Having sent this and not being posted another copy I called your company to see if you could help. I spoke to an extremely polite and empathetic young man who dealt with my query professionally and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service I was given and would like to pass on my personal thanks to the young man who helped me. I would like to add I am in charge of a customer accounts team for car insurance and I feel the service provided was impeccable. My only suggestion; if you are going to send a letter chasing an FSLA, enclose a blank one and maybe an envelope for return postage. This may encourage people to respond and not have the need to call you in the first place. But overall, well done!
