We had the most awful experience with Zenith, my mother had a accident just before Xmas avoiding and idiot coming the other way overtaking. Zenith said the car was a writeoff. I have serious doubts. They offered her as low as they could get away with and we searched the country to replace the vehicle. we could not settling for a small car instead of her MPV, and a year older we seemed to have no option. We agreed a figure with them in writing and when they sent the cheque 3 months later they had deducted £280 without telling us. They said it was for the service history. Sorry why do they need service history on a car written off. I think it is on the road and aim to check it out however I can. I am still fighting this and warn anyone please do not use them. I have seen them walk over my mother and it is not acceptable. They have still not resolved this and I am trying to get legal help to following this up. I dont want anyone else going through this experience. My mother has been ill ever since this started. Please beware of this company.
