My car was broken into on a Wed., called insurance company same day. Was told would get a call in 24 to 48 hours. FINALLY got a call on Monday....it is now the FOLLOWING Friday and my car is STILL NOT FIXED! I asked to speak to customer service and was told "we have no customer service"...you got that right! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU ARE !!!!!
