AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was sold a policy with Warrantywise by a motor dealer who said that they were good (no doubt he was on commission), having driven the car for 2 months we heard a funny noise from under the bonnet with smoke and a plastic smell, turns out to be the aircon pump. AA took it to a garage and the car has been sitting there for a week now and we're without transport. As they have to authorize repairs first, and although they asked me to get the garage to diagnose the problem they never mentioned that they will also send out their engineer to inspect as well. The guy is a nutter as he first couldn't make it because his car "broke down", then he turns up late the second day, then I was told that he has to send in his report first, its been a couple of days and they tell me his report hasn't come in (how convenient), so since his visit 3 days nothing happened.
It's not the first time I've had a car (being 50 I've had loads) and its not the first warranty company I've used either, but these guys seem to want to mess with you, in fact I'm even thinking of just paying for the repairs myself and taking Quentin to a small claims court!!
