“Do not ever buy anything from this company!!!!!!!”

I don't know where to start. I renewed my policy last sept adding my wife to it as an additional driver. Or so I thought! Everything agreed via email and phone calls but for the next two weeks I kept getting phone calls at inconvenient times asking for my new bank details. Despite me telling them to take it from the same debit details they had done for the last year they decided not to renew without telling me. If you want a company to look after you, dont bother with these guys, as stated in their policy We have the right to withhold essential documents, such as evidence of no claims bonus... No company should be withholding essential documents..... The only reason to withhold "essential" documents, is in case they need you to suffer like I have. (read more)

went with these and boy wish i hadnt, i moved from my address due to split up with ex, moved to a better area,lower crime garage/drive and all, changed address and they said no charge, well after a month moved back to ex and cheeky sods wanted £30 due to different area, i explained i moved u said no charge or anything back, now u want money for moving back. also had issue with bank, dd didnt go through, they charge me £35, the cheek. avoid these clowns, i know better next time for sure (read more)

yeah don't like how you take a years worth of insurance of a customer then tell them its been canceled after two months and no refund was offered of the full amount that was paid..then have the cheek to send a letter saying we owe a cancellation fee??? i strongly suggest you contact my partner asap his name is jamie wilkie... hope to hear from you. I rang the Insurance Factory to see whether I could get a quotation for car insurance. They took all of my details and said they would call back with potential quote. I’d never used a broker before, so it was very alien to me. Within an hour they called me back and gave me the options available to me, and explained what's would be covered etc. I was really impressed how easy it was to buy insurance without trawling through hundreds of sites.
