I went to The Insurance Factory for mine and my husbands car insurance and was given n onset and extremely helpful service . Everything was dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and I managed to make a great saving from my previous insurance ! I also enquired about home insurance and was once again provided with excellent advice and is timer service.

Why would I spend time writing a review if I did not receive good service ? Having worked in retail myself for over 20 years I feel it's important to give credit where it is due! If you have not received good service yourself then take that up with the company but leaving rude comments on my review is just pathetic ! Thanks l

2 things you work for the nightmare company
or you getting shafted by someone working there!!

this company was good a few years ago when customer service was No 1 now I advise people to stay away!!
