right.. i called there sales team to ask if i was to set up a policy would it go live today, i was told yes. so i went online and set up a policy the time was 16.20 when i paid and at the end it said it would be live and i could drive my car at 16.22 and my policy details would be in the post, so 5pm i go out, only to be pulled off the police for no insurence... only phone line open is new sales... they tell me my policy is not live as there computers are running slow and its in a que, i ask why when i was told it would be live... sorry i cant help you, you would need to speak to existing customer team that will be open on monday morning, today is saturday and my effing car has just been towed. stay well clear!!!
