I was hit by a car which is insured by Tesco Car Insurance. I reported the incident and was assured that my car would be picked up and I would be provided with a curtsey car. Four days later no action had been taken. I rang Tesco Car Insurance to be told not our problem - the driver was using his car for work. If I had not called the company they would not have contacted me. When I challenged this I was told not our problem you are not our customer, the claims agent should not have told you that - complain to the ombudsman you cannot complain to us because we have no responsibility to you. Please please heed the advice of others on this site and my own experience - save yourself time and effort go somewhere reputable.
