What a company worst ever ,had car insurance with tesco for 8 months ,phoned to cancel my policy as soon as I told them I wanted to cancel my insurance as I had sold my car terrible attitude trying to tell me I owe them money and if I didn't pay they would send it to the debt collectors ,didn't even give me time to answer there question before threats what a company ,You want to start employing people with some customer service cause to be spoken to like that is not a good example to be setting cos I certainly would not use this company again

I have the same problem told the I had scrapped the van they said I owe them £40.00 cancellation fee less my refund still owe them £14.00 for being honest and threatened instantly with a debt collection agency has anybody fought them via the ombudsmen they never mentioned anything in the paperwork referring to these charges just noticed they also charge for mending a chip in the windscreen
who charges for this these days. DO NOT INSURE WITH THEM

Read the paperwork before you sign up to a contract.
Check the paperwork once you receive it.

Most insurance is a 12 month contract.
You break the contract you pay up.
