“Useless”

I had crash which caused a dent in the side door, nothing serious and no one was hurt. The lady on the phone was very helpful to start with and said someone from and 'approved' garage would pick it up and fix it. When they picked it up they seemed very rough and thick. They didn't even have a recovery truck they just drove the car to Warwick. They rang after 2 days and said that the reviewer had been and sent a review to tesco. After a week of no contact and hanging up when I called they then said everything was fine and they will be fixing it the next day so I should have the car back within 2 weeks. The next day I was then told that it had been written off. Im don't know whether it was down to miss communication or just plain lies but all I know is they are the most useless company I have ever come across and urge anyone thinking of getting insuanve with then not to!
