Following an accident, Tesco have written off my car but are determined to offer me an unfair settlement. They are telling me to find a car using auto trader which is equivalent to my car and the total loss dept even quoted me a car to go and buy even though it was for sale as a salvage car as" it could be bought with the money they are offering".
I am totally unhappy with their service and am lodging a formal complaint. I have also spoken to the insurance ombudsman who agrees the way my claim is being handled is unsatisfactory and he is also writing a letter of complaint.

Tesco get your act together and play fair with your customers. No wonder your in strife at the minute. You've just alienated another loyal customer. Total C R A P. Avoid this insurer.
