“NOT MY FAULT”

An elderly gentleman pulled into the kerb and stopped. As i was driving past,he pulled out,straight into me. He signed a piece of paper,stating what happened,and that it was his fault. I paid the first £450 of the claim,expecting to get it back. Even though i had legal cover,Tesco have told me the claim has been settled,and i wont get my £450 back,as they decided it was a 50/50 fault!. I wont be renewing with them this year!!.
