took out insurance with them over the phone gave all details, once paperwork was sent out dates of previous offences were wrong and had to call to change.

Next thing got a letter through saying i was not insured because they said i did not disclose an accident (which i alraedy had done so over the phone!!)

Called them up to try and fix and explain but they wanted nothing to do with it and wanted another £25 to amend the details or £50 to terminate my insurance policy altogether NOT HELPFUL AND TRYING TO BULLY!

Had to ask guy on phone to talk slower as he was hard to understand and talked really fast

Basically was told put up or shut up


IN MY OPINION AVOID AT ALL COSTS AS THEY ARE ONLY LOOKING TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE FOR SWINTONS OWN ADMINISTRATIVE ERRORS. I CAN ONLY HOPE THEY ARE NOT DOING THIS TO MORE ELDERLY OR VULNERABLE PEOPLE
