Why oh why did i renew??? Hassle free most prob instead of taking time to look elsewhere kept on having court letters saying i wasnt insured as they could not be bothered to register my car on the database that was my first year with them the second was i hold my hand up i cancelled the direct debit in error i quickly found out i did and rang the local office on several occasions each time telling me we are busy and we call you back did they... NO!! Now had a cancellation letter from a £24 direct debit cancelled to a £179 fee!!!! And still no insurance what a joke!!!! Stay away their answer was if you didnt recieve call back then you should keep trying!!!!! Excuse me thats what i pay you for a service!!! I have 5 cars in total no ins problems only with swinton!!!!!
